The Jawbox Distillery is located just outside Belfast – a 120-hectare estate dating back to the 16th century. Here is the distillery, as well as the fields where the grain for the Jawbox products is grown and harvested.

Jawbox Gin is slowly distilled in a traditional pot still on copper.
Jawbox Small Batch Rhubarb & Ginger Gin Liqueur is the perfect blend between a classic gin and liqueur, enhanced with pineapple and ginger.

Tasting notes:

Color: Light pink.
Nose: Fruity, notes of rhubarb, ginger.
Taste: Fresh, fruity, notes of juniper, rhubarb.
Finish: Long lasting.
