CASASTOS Old Tom Gin Small Batch Pomegranate is a highlight for eyes and palate. Very special for this gin is its blue color. This is created by the addition of the natural, Asian butterfly flower. When dried, the flower is steeped in the distillate. By adding citric acid, which is found in almost every tonic water, the gin turns bright pink.
